Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their Training team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs and formulate strategies and implement programs to meet the business objectives
  • Develop training tools, classroom training and field coaching
  • Responsible for training content materials relating to product knowledge, sales techniques
  • Provide monthly qualitative & quantitative feedback and collect market intelligence
  • Coach frontline team to achieve sales through product and customer service training

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' solid experience in planning and conducting training programs both in classroom and field coaching, ideally from beauty
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
