About our Client

Our client is a multinational retail company, headquarter in the Europe. They are currently looking for a proactive Assistant HR Manager to join the team and focuses on recruitment and HR business partnering in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.

About the Role

  • Report to HR Manager
  • Be responsible for the full-spectrum of HR business partnering services, including recruitment and selection, performance management, staff relations and HR operations
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing, screening, offering, on boarding and off boarding
  • Proactively reaching out to potential talents in the market to sustain a healthy talent pool for the company (both frontline and corporate function staff)
  • Conduct shop visit to further understand business needs and build solid relationship with retail staff
  • Assist in manpower planning and budgeting
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With 6+ years of experience on HRBP, talent acquisition or HR Generalist, ideally from retail industry
  • Motivated and outgoing
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior HR Officer
