About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer who owns intensive portfolio of residential, commercial and shopping mall. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team.
About the Role
* Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand, and rental pricing strategies.
* Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including property management and marketing to ensure smooth leasing operations
The successful applicants
* High Diploma or Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
* 6 years or above relevant working experience
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office
* Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
