Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and positioning of the properties in the market.
  • Manage and create digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Oversee retail marketing activities to attract and retain tenants for the properties, including the organization of promotional events and tenant communications.
  • Handle the event management of several shopping malls within the portfolio, ensuring successful planning and execution of events to drive foot traffic and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in all-rounded marketing/ brand marketing/ event marketing/ retail marketing.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and retail marketing.
  • Strong project management and event planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
