Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions from bidding invitation to proposal review, clarification on proposals, confirmation of selection with users, and seeking order approval
  • Handle invoices online, including checking with users and suppliers
  • Assist in processing new supplier registrations
  • Prepare regular procurement reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in purchasing or procurement
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
