About The Role:



Production Operations:

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Production Manager to develop and implement production plans, strategies, and process improvements.
  • Monitor production processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize productivity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, production, procurement and logistics and warehouse



Quality Assurance:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and non-conformities, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve production-related quality incidents or customer complaints.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.



The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
