Our client is one of the top luxury fashion brands and currently looking for a Assistant Retail Excellence Manager.

About the Role

  • Oversee and plan the retail excellence initiative
  • Work close with retail team and enhance the operation efficiency
  • Optimize SOP for store daily operation and ensure the execution in stores
  • Create and analyze all KPIs & develop action plans for Retail Excellence
  • Work closely with headquarter to monitor retail project implementations

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related retail luxury experience in Retail Operations, Retail Performance and Retail Excellence
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
