Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team to cope with the business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and develop training strategies and execute training plan
  • Develop and manage training curriculum and training cycle
  • Develop and conduct product training, service training and selling skills training
  • Shop visit for follow up and provide feedback to retail staff
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and people development in retail industry
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
