About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong conglomerate and a high-end healthcare service provider that focuses on providing holistic health and wellness services in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. It houses teams of internationally recognised healthcare professionals across a wide range of disciplines. To cope with their rapid business development in Hong Kong, they would like to invite high-calibre individuals to join their business development team as business development managers.


About the Role

  • Liaise and negotiate with both existing and potential corporate clients
  • Capitalize on humansa's premium healthcare services and products and tailor made possible solutions suiting different clients' needs for their employee's healthcare
  • Gather insights from the current healthcare service market to devise up-to-date business development strategies
  • Work closely with departments within the conglemerate to support different business development projects
  • Stay on trend in the current wellness and medical field to be able to engage with clients with a consultative approach.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

The successful applicant

  • Diploma/degree holder of all business-related, science-related or medically related discipline
  • Minimum 1+ year of clinic business development experience, and minimum 3-4 years of business development experience in the healthcare industry in total.
  • Team player. Of attentive, independent, reliable and result-driven character.
  • Excellent command of MS office is a prerequisite of the position.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is a prerequisite of the position.
  • Candidates with experience and strong interest in start-up development and business incubation would be of advantage
