About The Client

Our client is a global product and service provider. They are looking for Business Solution Lead to lead system implementation projects in Hong Kong & Macau.

Job Description

  • Report to General Manager, lead IT system and products implementation and configuration
  • Gather and identify clients' need, and ensure all processes, system design, business standard are aligned with clients and company standard
  • Conduct full project cycle: prepare and prioritize project roadmap and timeline, control resources and budgeting, and perform proper escalation to ensure project success
  • Work closely with Sales Director, identify business needs and establish necessary service workflow, behind technical solution engineering
  • Work closely with both internal and global team support to ensure deliverables are successfully and completely delivered on time within budget
  • Review and analyse the existing software and technologies, and provide recommendation for improvement
  • Prepare documentation, system demonstration and user training materials

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines
  • 6-8 years of working experience in IT system implementation with project management skill, preferably from service provide/vendor or consulting industries
  • Great individual contributor with client facing/advisory experience
  • With technical knowledge in system integration and configuration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive, stakeholders and peers
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
