About the Client
Our client is a well-known brand. With the business expansion, they are looking for a C&B officer to join the team and support the C&B operation such as payroll, benefits administration and HRIS enhancement.
About the role
- Directly report to C&B Manager
- Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll calculations, commission calculation for retail operations, benefit administration, taxation
- Update and maintain employee database records in HR systems
- Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports and related HR documents
- Assist on HR policy review and revamp
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in C&B functions, preferably from sizeable companies
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications, and HRIS (FlexSystem)
- With strong numerical sense and data analytics skills
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer
