Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with European and American fund clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and plans based on market trends and client needs.Participate in the design and promotion of equity products to attract and retain clients.
- Market Analysis: Regularly analyze the dynamics of the European and American markets to provide market insights to the management team.
- Transaction Execution: Participate in the execution of equity transactions, including deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in equity sales or related work, with experience in working with European and American fund clients preferred.
- Familiarity with the equity market and financial products, especially cash equity and secondary market transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English/Chinese.
