Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensures all food is produced to the highest standard of freshness and taste
- Follows and enforces all recipes and standards for food production
- Conducts daily checks of quality of produced items
- Responsible for kitchen operations such as setting up cooking utensils and equipment
- Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements
- Any kitchen duties assigned by Head Chef
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably with 5-star hotel or luxury catering group background
- Good command in Cantonese and English are required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
