About The Client
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is one of the top sell-side financial advisors in Asia, offering services in a variety of fields, including asset management, capital markets, and securities. The firm is now looking for a skilled Company Secretarial Officer to aid the operations of the company in Hong Kong and beyond.

About The Role
In this dynamic working environment, you will:

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and overseas companies, including registration of non-Hong Kong companies, arranging notarization and attestation, filing annual return, preparing documents required for board and shareholdings' meeting;
  • Maintain databases and corporate records, such as minute books, registers, agreements, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Liaise with Business teams and other offices for information and documents required for regulatory reports to the group's parent company in the PRC
  • Advise relevant parties on corporate governance requirements and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative assistance for events, meetings and invoice payments

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in company secretary or related disciplines
  • Associate Member of HKICS with 4-5 years company secretarial experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • A team player who is organised, compliant and great conversational skills and attention to details
