Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and analyzing financial statements, month-end closing and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in US and local accounting standards
  • Ensure expenses are properly categorised and approved in accordance with the proper delegated authority
  • Recognize and remain vigilant on compliance to internal control efforts, rules, and procedures
  • Generate corporate reporting requirements
  • Work with other important parties to facilitate regular accounting operation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finanace or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Working in Retail or FMCG industry would be a great advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ERP system knowledge is a plus
