With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Director to drive sales towards our office clients in Hong Kong.


Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target office clients and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the office supplies sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to office client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our office client base.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and maintain a strong network of contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the office supplies or related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
