Job Description
Are you a customer-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional banking services? If so, our client is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Bank Tellers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct various teller transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, check cashing, fund transfers, and currency exchange, accurately and efficiently.
- Welcome customers to the bank, assess their needs, and provide personalized assistance and guidance on banking products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process loan payments, account updates, and other customer requests promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols to protect the bank's assets and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- HKDSE or equivalent.
- Fluent in Cantonese, basic in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and computer skills, with the ability to learn and navigate banking software and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures is desirable.
