Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.


  • Identify business opportunities through omnichannel to support customer growth and business development by delivering data analysis, generate customer insights
  • Perform CRM analysis including purchase behaviour, customer journeys through online and offline channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to understand the customer behaviour across key segments
  • Through data analytics, work with the team to design end-to-end customer engagement journey with omni-channel strategy
  • Manage the website performance including customer behaviour
  • Identify enhancements and optimization opportunities for website including user interface design and functionality
  • Manage omni-channel campaigns including eDM, SMS


  • At least 4 years of experience in Digital and CRM analytics role preferably in the B2C industries
  • Hands on with SQL and Google Analytics with basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Capability to adopt digital tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
