Job Description

CRM Specialist (3-month contract, 25-30k)

Responsibilities

  • Support CRM Assistant Manager in basic data programming, data architecting/extraction, and report creation
  • Maintain and update CRM data for analysis on market, client trend and development
  • Understand the reason and utilize different methods and tools to collect and analyse CRM data by working with various internal teams
  • Support on non-data related work such as logistics and admin management

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail or luxury markets, CRM exposure will be a plus
  • Great proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Talents with data programming skills (e.g. Python, SeqIO) will be strongly preferred
  • Strong sense of data and numbers, analytical and detail-minded
  • Team player with commitment and flexibility
  • Able to work under dynamic and fast-paced environment

Details

  • 3-month contract, renewable upon request
  • 5-day work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Location: Quarry Bay
  • Immediate availability is preferred
