Our client is an internationally renowned medical service provider, distinguished for delivering exceptional healthcare and wellness advice to diverse populations. To expand their operations in Hong Kong and enhance the quality of service provided to their clientele, they are seeking to recruit a high-caliber individual to join their professional team in the capacity of Customer Service Manager.
About the role
  • Handle customer enquiries on health care services through the hotline
  • Make recommendations and assist customers in obtaining appropriate medical services
  • Coordinate with service providers to fulfill customer requirements
  • Arrange consultations, treatments, and related activities for customers
  • Update records accurately on related systems
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
  • Secondary school graduated or above
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin (an advantage)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Customer Service Officer role
