Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer services to customers via email and other digital platforms
Track the order status by collaborating with other departments
Assist and solve customers' enquiries for any post-sales issues
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Have relevant customer services experience, mall/call centre cs or other experiences of dealing with customers will also be considered
A must to be proficient in written and verbal English
Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
Immediately available is preferred
