Our client is a sizable and well-established group in Hong Kong and they are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join their team.



Job Description

  • Lead a small team, to develop and implement a data analytics strategy for improving decision-making and provide valuable insights to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with BUs, architecture team, 3rd vendors, and guide the design of data plan that aligned with business requirements
  • Oversee the collection, integration and cleansing of data from various sources, ensure data integrity and quality
  • Develop predictive models and perform data mining to identify trends, patterns and correlations, for addressing problems
  • Apply AI and machine learning capability to streamline data process and enhance the work efficiency
  • Create data visualization to bring new insight and recommendation that helps to achieve business goals
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security



Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Data Analytics and Statistic related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a focus on data interpretation, modeling and visualization, prior working experience in sizeable company
  • Solid in ETL and hands-on in using big data and analytics tools
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques, using SAS, Alteryx
  • Hands-on in data visualization using PowerBI, Tableau or QlikSense
  • Solid experience in Oracle Cloud, Azure/AWS, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
