About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer who are looking for a Head of Asset Management to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to oversee company's portfolio including commercial and residential assets
- Drive and implement leasing strategies to enhance the investment return
- Review current assets positioning and potential asset enhancement opportunities
- Coordinate relationship with internal and external parties to achieve long-term asset investment plan
- Prepare annual budget and forecast
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 15 years' relevant experience or above in retail or commercial leasing
- Strategic, Corporate and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
