About our Client

A 5-Star Prestige Hotel is looking for a Director of Engineering

About the Role

  • Act as a team head to communicate with the hotel operator and technical team
  • Supervise the team on technical matters (repair and maintenance, A&A works, renovation)
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on maintenance and work schedule
  • Prepare and manage the budget, capital expenditure, projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation
  • Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are up to date

The successful applicants

  • Degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • 8 years of relevant experience in project management or repair and maintenance
  • REW B(0) or above is preferred
  • Professional Qualification and chartership would be an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
