About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong established NGO with operations helping SEN children in their daily lives. They have operated for over 20 years and is currently looking for a Director to run the Foundation.
About The Role
As a key management leader of the Foundation, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, operations and corporate functions by leading a team of over 30. You will have direct reports to the Chairpersons as well as Committee Heads across Marketing, HR, Education, IT and Finance. Apart from overseeing the daily operations of the centres, you will also lead the fundraising and marketing initiatives, approaching and working with various donors.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who has taken up general management positions in NGOs. The successful applicant should have experience in managing big teams and able to communicate effectively with all level as well as be equipped with excellent stakeholder management. It would be a definite plus to have strong fundraising exposure and handling philanthropies. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
