eCommerce Specialist (up to $30k, 15month contract)

- Luxury brand, project launch

- Exp in product management (mobile app)

- 5-day work, $25-30k

- Contract till end of 2024

- Location: Quarry Bay

Responsibilities:

- Support the production, content creation and management of the brand's mobile app and website in align with the brand's marketing strategy and project need.

- Support product management (mobile app and website) to ensure the timely creation, delivery and update of the product and content.

- Coordinate with various internal and project teams to understand and deliver user requirements and needs, prioritize work for effective product management

- Conduct UAT of the mobile app to test launch and update, ensure functionality and seamless experience on content/user interface. Report test result and issues with IT team for improvements and developments.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to the project, mobile app and website content and production for analysis purpose.

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management on mobile/website, preferably in sizable organization in luxury or consumer goods market

- Hands-on experience of mobile app production/UAT

- Knowledge in luxury brands or Omni channel will be a plus

- Good communication and organization skills, team player

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

- Active, self-motivated, agile and eager to learn

- Able to work under pressure, meet project timeline and deadlines

- Immediate availability is preferred
