About our Client
My client is an International Consultancy which specialize in Commercial, Infrastructure and Institutional design projects and so on for over 20 years. Due to their business expansion, they are looking for a Façade Designer to join their team.
About the Role
- Initiate and promote exceptional design by employing critical and analytical thinking
- Utilize 2D and 3D media for tasks such as work, drafting, and brainstorming
- Create sketches and drawings to develop project proposals.
- Attend meetings with clients, architects, business development officers, contractors, and consultants
- Collaborate and coordinate with project team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
The successful applicants
- Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
- 3 years' or above experience in Commercial projects
- Experience with international projects is a plus
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite.
- Independent, outgoing, able to work under pressure
