Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Client

Our Client is a well-established manufacturing business with regional business presence. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for their up and coming projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a newly created position:

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Build templates and dashboards for performance tracking
  • Prepare management reports to facilitate decision making
  • Review and devise KPIs for operations
  • Provide analytics support for cost control and business development
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in management reporting/financial planning & analysis/ business planning and analysis
  • Regional finance experience is an advantage
  • Strong at number crunching
  • Energetic, fast-paced and self-driven
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
