FOF/MOM Risk Management Director

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with fund managers to identify and evaluate potential outstanding crypto strategy advisors and private fund managers, in line with the company's crypto investment direction. Conduct due diligence, regularly track and research key managers and strategies, and perform performance attribution analysis and risk assessments.

- Oversee risk monitoring for crypto investment portfolios, including preemptive risk control plans for individual strategies or managed accounts, post-incident risk response, and exit management to ensure the stability and security of the investment portfolios.

- ⁠Develop pre-investment admission mechanisms, fund/strategy evaluation systems, and post-investment management frameworks.

- ⁠Lead the development of the company's FOF/MOM risk management system, collaborating with the IT team to implement system development.

Job Requirements:

- Master's degree or above from a top-tier university, with a major in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields. A combined background in finance and technical disciplines is preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience in investment research or business risk management in areas such as asset management FOF, leading multi-strategy private equity funds, or proprietary trading at securities firms. Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.

- ⁠Strong data analysis experience, with multi-asset and multi-strategy risk management or investment research experience. Candidates with experience in fund research, investment portfolio performance attribution analysis will be prioritized.

- Familiarity with common strategies in the Web3 domain. Candidates with experience in cryptocurrency strategy development and live trading are preferred.

- ⁠Strong analytical, inductive, and problem-solving skills, with a keen sensitivity to data and strong logical thinking abilities.

- Excellent team spirit, communication, coordination, and execution skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
