About the Job
- Handle members' reservation, enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
- Welcome and escort guests to their assigned table
- Manage tables allocation
- Develop and maintain close guest relations with members, invite them to restaurant event or other occasions
- Assist the Manager in maintaining Members' records in the Table Management System
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 year experience in F&B or hotel as receptionist, hostess, or guest relations
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in reservaiton/booking system
