About the Client

An industry leader with strong presence across Asia is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Group Total Rewards Lead.

About the Role

  • Formulate and cascade the total reward strategy to operating countries in accordance to key business objectives
  • Lead the year-end merit and bonus process to ensure operating countries are following the pay philosophy
  • Manage Executive Compensation for senior leadership team
  • Manage Long-term incentive plan for the whole group centrally
  • Work with external professional firm to collect up-to-dated market intelligence on salary trend, local regulation and benefit practice across operating countries
  • Provide advisory support and recommendation on global mobility process including policy guideline, salary proposal, income tax implication and relocation support etc.
  • Support Group CHRO and Group CFO in manpower planning, staff cost and budgeting process

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing high level / strategic compensation and benefits within a multinational environment is preferred
  • Hands on experience in the design, development and implementation of C&B initiatives
  • Solid project experience with full capacity in handling annual C&B exercises
  • Prior exposure within a consulting firm will be a definite advantage
  • Strong business acumen, numerically sensitive with good communication skills
  • Total Rewards expert with a business partnering mindset
  • Proficient user of HR software and MS office
