About The Client

Our client is a cutting-edge technology advisor focusing on Cloud and AI technologies and they are looking for Head of Solutions (IT) to join their team.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution for cloud, AI and digital solutions
  • Partner with sales & marketing team to support business growth and acquire new client
  • Establish and maintain a strong and long term relationship with the existing clients by understanding their pain points and proposing customized solutions
  • Manage both project and architect team, cultivating a collaborative culture that embraces continuous improvement
  • Opimize both projects and manpower resource allocation, ensure project excellence through effective porject management methodologies
  • Oversee the management of IT incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive prevention of recurring issues
  • Continuously assess IT service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive and innovative services


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team of 10+ towards achieving project objectives and business goals
  • Minimum 10 years of project management or IT consulting experience, highly preferabe working at TMT/consultancy industries
  • In-depth understanding of cloud solutions (AWS, GCP or Azure), AI, Digital Solution, Automation, and Cybersecurity
  • With PMP / PMI / Scrum Master certification
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality services to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
