About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong renowned developer who has a new project coming. They are looking for a Head of Technical to join the team.
About the Role
- Prepare and review company's SOP to update the guideline
- Lead a team to manage the whole commercial complex technical issues
- Provide technical guidance to other departments
- Liaise with external parties, such as consultant and EMSD
- Prepare budget for annual maintenance and capital improvement
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Engineering or other related disciplines
- 12 years or above experience in Maintenance or Project
- Experience in pre-management is a plus
- Strategic, strong stakeholders management and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
