About the Client

An industry leading organization with an international presence is currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Director of HR Business Partnering.

About the Role

  • Report to Chief HR Officer
  • Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, talent selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent development
  • Providing advice to leadership teams and people managers on the company HR strategy and agenda while implementing related policies and processes
  • Enabling a sustainable high performance workplace including consulting on leadership, organizational structure, company culture and talent management
  • Responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of the organizational change via transformation and change management
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
  • Play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business and driving key HR projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of true HR business partnering experience gained from a dynamic and fast moving environment preferably within the Manufacturing sector
  • Good knowledge of China and Asia Pacific market is high preferred
  • Proven ability in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across different units
  • Able to drive organizational change and transformation in accordance to key business objectives
  • Energetic and able to work independently with strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
