Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Manager with a bubbly and engaging personality, and a proven track record of driving positive change within sizeable corporations. You'd ideally come with 8-10+ years of progressive experience gained from the retail, hospitality or customer service industries, with proven ability to define and enforce HR standards, also strong English proficiency and a solutions-oriented mindset taking on new challenges. About The Role
* Serve as a highly approachable and empathetic HR partner, adept at handling employee issues with care and discretion
* Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique workforce challenges and provide tailored HR solutions
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline HR processes and maintain organizational compliance
* Partner with the HR team to design and deliver engaging employee programs that foster a positive, people-centric work culture
* Leverage your excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
* Contribute to the development of HR policies, projects, and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives

Requirements
* 8-10+ years of HR experience, ideally within the retail, hospitality, or customer service industries
* A warm and engaging personality that puts employees at ease and fosters a welcoming work environment
* Proven ability to define and enforce HR standards, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
* Strong English proficiency, with the flexibility to adapt your communication style to different audiences
* A solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to take on new challenges with an open and adaptable approach
* Familiarity with the latest HR trends and best practices, combined with a passion for continuous learning
