About the Client

Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within the Financial Services sector. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent as Human Resources Business Partner.

About the role

  • Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
  • Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
  • Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
  • Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
  • Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines
  • Supporting and influencing digital marketing for recruitment and attraction

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8-10 years business partnering experience gained in sizeable organizations in Banking, Professional Services or Financial Services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English is a MUST
