Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential direct equity and control buy-out investments across the Pan-Asia region, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods.

2. Prepare detailed Investment Committee documentation and actively participate in regular Investment Committee meetings.

3. Oversee transaction due diligence processes, encompassing financial, commercial, legal, and tax aspects.

4. Assist in securing debt financing, negotiating acquisition agreements, and structuring employment and incentive packages for management teams.

5. Engage in meetings with existing and prospective target companies, as well as conduct on-site visits to evaluate opportunities.

6. Manage a variety of tasks related to product reporting, investment monitoring, market research, and marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

2. 3-8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least asian buy-out experience in private equity or investment banking.

3. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

4. Proficiency in working within diverse, global teams and navigating cross-border investment scenarios.

5. Advanced skills in financial modeling and valuation, with an in-depth understanding of Excel.

6. Native fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
