Investor Relations Manager

About the Client

Our client is a HK listed conglomerate with diversified business activities in the region. Currently, they are recruiting a seasoned Investor Relations Manager for their Hong Kong team.

About the Role

  • Responsible for annual report production and presentation
  • Plan and oversee non-deal roadshows, conferences, and other investor engagement activities
  • Review the logistics of media interviews and stock commentaries for branding purpose
  • Build relationships with investors and analysts
  • Support the formulation and execution of investor relations strategy
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Investment or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of work experience in equity research, investor relations, corporate finance
  • Sensitive to numbers and equipped with strong analytical skills
  • Independent, proactive, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
