About our client

Our client is a multinational professional service provider with a strong market foundation in the Asia region. Currently, they are looking for an IT Manager, who has good experience in infrastructure operations and team management.

About the role

  • Reporting to IT Director sitting in Hong Kong
  • Leading a team of engineers, including application support, infrastructure, and helpdesk, to manage all-round internal IT infrastructure operations
  • Monitoring and managing the overall internal infrastructure operation, such as server, system, networking, security
  • Leading subordinate operation teams, external parties and internal stakeholders to initiate, design, develop, and implement projects and changes
  • Participating in hands-on infrastructure projects, such as configuration, implementation, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc., when necessary
  • Working with external vendors and internal teams on IT solutions or re-solution activities following the ITIL service delivery concept

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 8+ years or above relevant working experience, preferably to have working experience in a sizable MNC and team-leading experience(e.g., 5-10 teammates) is a plus
  • Experienced in relevant technologies on the system side, such as O365, Windows/Linux/Unix OS, SAN storage, VMware, DR & Backup solutions
  • Experienced in networking solutions, including Firewalls, Switching & Routering, VPN, WAN/LAN, etc.
  • Experienced in implementation project management and team leading
  • With a good security concept and practical experience in ISO27001/other security frameworks is a plus
  • Good command of Chinese(Both Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
  • Good communication skills in vendor and stakeholder management
