About Our Client
Our client is one of the fine dining restaurants in Hong Kong. They are now inviting a Junior Sommelier to join their team.

About the Role

  • Provide excellent wine service to customers
  • Create and maintain a wine list
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory and proper storage of wine
  • Assist the Head Sommelier in cost control and daily operation
  • Build positive relationships with customers, and recommend beverages and wine according to their preference

The Successful Applicant

  • Holder of WSET 2 or other recognized certification is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Western/Chinese fine-dining restaurant
  • Strong communication skills to understand customers' needs and preference
  • Strong and solid knowledge in wine
