About the Client

We are representing a sizable corporation under the logistics industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their HR Team as a Learning & Development Officer.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Officer, your major responsibilities include:

  • Identify Training & Development needs and conduct relevant assessments
  • Source and liaison with external vendors for executing various training programs
  • Design and deliver employee development initiatives, including training logistics management
  • Assist in overseeing T&D programs to ensure they are effective
  • Carry out different HR projects and handle other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate should be/ have:

  • Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-year working experience in T&D
  • Experienced in formulating and handling T&D projects will be an advantage
  • A mature individual who can work alone or in groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
