About The Client
Our client is a leading property developer dedicated to innovative projects and sustainable growth. They are looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to their team, target candidates with PQE 3-5+, pays up to HKD70k/mth.
About The Role
As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in advising the group on various legal matters, including legal advice, leasing matters, trademark issues and cold cases handling:
- Review and draft legal documents related to property transactions and leases.
- Represent the company in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the property sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate or corporate law.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
