About our Client
Our client is a leading sourcing and retail chain in Europe. They are looking for a legal manager to join the team.
About the Role
- Leading the regional legal team
- Providing legal advice to all internal functions
- Contract negotiations
- Liaising with external parties such as vendors, company secretary, and relevant parties
- Drafting, reviewing, and enforcing internal polices to conform with compliance polies on data privacy laws or other local laws
- Vendor management, supplier onboarding
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in law or related disciplines from a reputable university
- 5+ years of experience gained from reputable MNC
- Solid contract review experience
- Experience in data privacy is highly preferred
- Excellent English command
- Able to work independently
- Managerial experience is highly preferred
