About Our Client
As one of the biggest FMCG products manufacturers, our client has production facilities in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia, with goods sold all throughout the APAC region. The business is currently seeking a responsible and independent Legal Manager to assist with day-to-day operations.

About The Role
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, you will:

  • Review, draft and negotiate various commercial operational contracts in both English and Chinese, such as vendor, sales, service agreements;
  • Provide full spectrum of legal services, including advising on issues and problems on legal matters arises from the day-to-day business operations;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to review internal policies and procedures, and with third parties to manage all activities outside of counsel;
  • Provide internal training on regulations and legal issues;
  • Any ad-hoc projects assigned.

Requirements

  • Law degree holder with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Experience from manufacturing-related industries.
  • Solid experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail.
