Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing of different Projects and Schemes :Draft offer letters,Vet required documents before agreement execution, Handle inquiries, Finalize agreements, Arrange disbursement of funds and/or remuneration to shortlisted/winning teams and panels
  • Monitor compliance with deadlines by ongoing Projects and Schemes:From pre-agreement-signing to post-theatrical release
  • Ensure fulfillment of required conditions before agreement signing, start of principal photography, theatrical release in Hong Kong, submission of audited reports, arrange disbursement of funds
  • Assist in organizing promotion and publicity activities for the Film Development,Cultural and Creative projects
  • Update the database for the relevant schemes and compile statistics for various returns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in film/TV producing or financing, with at least 1 year as a line producer/associate producer/production coordinator/assistant production manager for local feature films and/or TV series
  • Able to work independently, flexibly and under tight timelines, with good problem-solving and organization skills, and effective communication
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
