About the Client


Our client is a market leader in the construction and property field. Their headquarter is in HK and they have delivered quality projects in APAC over the years. Due to business needs, they are recruiting a seasoned Manager to support their business transformation project.


About the Role

Reporting to the Division Head, you will be a core member in the business transformation project, working closely with C-Suite, Business Directors as well as different functional Directors within the organisation. You will align with the company's strategic initiatives, conduct research and analysis, work with vendors and consultants and implement different projects related to business process, organisation change, digitalisation and financial system. You will be a change agent who will challenge the status quo, identify and execute the opportunities for operation excellence and business performance enhancement. You will also help to set metrics for the project, monitor the value created and make presentations to executive committee members.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you should be a degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent. You should have relevant project experience from management consulting. You should be strong at data analysis and financial modelling. Strong reporting writing skills are required. You should be agile, independent, passionate about change management, and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required. Fluency in Cantonese and English is needed.
