Responsibilities

Support the marketing and communications team to develop and promote the campaigns, activities and event to meet organizational goals
Manage organisation's website and social media platforms constantly
Manage the logistics of the key events. Owns timeline management, budget, execution and evaluation analysis
Maintain copy-writing and translation of marketing communications materials such as annual reports, brochures, eDMs, e-newsletters, presentations, social media posts and other corporate communication materials etc.
Reach out to media agencies and encourage the reporting of events and stories
Assist in academic research, public education campaigns which includes events / webinars, maintain or establish relationship with schools or partners
Visit IHKSports classes regularly to understand the organisation work at the front-line

Job Requirements:

A Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in marketing, communication & journalism, NGO marketing might be considered for the Officer role. Candidates with less experience/fresh graduates would be considered for the Executive role;
Good command of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Minimal understanding of any video editing software preferred;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
Demonstrate a strong passion in youth work/sports/volunteering/partnership management;
A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different functional backgrounds;
Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
Organised and detail-oriented with high integrity;
Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong in weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave;
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Knowledge of and passion for the charitable sector preferred
