Job Description
FOF Operations Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle operations management of the company's proprietary investments and outsourced accounts in the crypto sector. This includes managing partnership agreements, conducting counterparty KYC, account management, net asset value (NAV) verification, performance analysis, and all daily operations until the funds' exit.
- Reconcile positions, transactions, entitlements, and NAVs for various investment accounts, and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per internal requirements.
- Lead the development of the company's overall FOF operations system, collaborating with the IT team to implement operational system automation.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree or above, with a major in finance, statistics, or related fields. Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management within top-tier asset management FOFs or multi-strategy private equity funds.
- Strong data analysis experience, with experience in multi-asset and multi-strategy fund product operations.
- Familiarity with various fund valuation algorithms and a solid understanding of crypto quantitative trading strategies.
- Excellent analytical, inductive, and problem-solving skills, with strong data sensitivity and logical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Python/MySQL programming is a plus.
- Strong team spirit, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
