Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and drive performance to achieve targets and KPIs including but not limited to Sales, P&L, Food Cost, QSC standard of the Company
  • Responsible for an expansion plan, bringing in a brand into the group, managing and overseeing the operations, P&L, stakeholder and people management, renovation, business strategy, plan and execution, etc.
  • Drive a concept and plan to launch the new brands successfully
  • Review, establish, and implement the business strategy to improve the business performance
  • Identify market trends and insights
  • Monitor the quality standards of the service and operations

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the relevant position with project management experience, preferably with fast food and casual dining brands
  • Proven track record in developing or expanding new brands in HK Market
  • Strong business acumen in F&B market trends in Hong Kong
  • Strong leadership, people management, and project management skills
  • Good command in Chinese and English
