About Our Client :

Our client is a watch company and currently looking for a Operations Manager to manage its retail operations team.

About the Role:

  • Manage both online and offline business in HK
  • Prepare sales and other performance reports for business analysis
  • Plan and direct the sales strategies and set up KPI and action plan for each POS
  • Work with retail teams for new store openeing and team expansion plan
  • Review & ravemp operational processes
  • Coach & guid the team to enhance efficiency

The Successful Candidate:

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of related retail experience of which 4 years at supervisory level
  • Strong in data anlytics, good presentaionation skills
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
